Matt Goldman

With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Matt Goldman has come to understand that his most important role is to provide clients with the information and tools necessary to make informed decisions about their most significant investment—their homes.

Matt began his real estate career in Washington State, where he developed his skills alongside some of the industry's most accomplished brokers. This unique experience, combined with his background as the Lead Concierge for the Four Seasons Lanai, has shaped Matt's distinctive approach to West Michigan Real Estate.

He has introduced two distinctive programs, the "Buyer Advantage Program" and the "Concierge Listing Technique," both born out of navigating the highly competitive West Coast real estate market. These programs are carefully designed to give his clients a competitive edge in the market.

Leveraging his past experience as a concierge, Matt ensures no detail is overlooked, treating his clients as if they were guests at a luxury resort. Kate Goldman

Kate Goldman brings a unique and captivating approach to the world of real estate. Drawing on years of catering to the most discerning clients in the nation's premier hotels and resorts, Kate has cultivated a client-first, relationship-focused methodology.

With a background as a manager for the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Kate mastered the art of building connections with high-profile guests. Her unwavering commitment to accomplishing tasks efficiently, accurately, and according to the guest's preferences became a hallmark of her service. The meticulous attention to detail she honed in the luxury hospitality sector seamlessly transitions into her real estate practice.

Originally hailing from the Eastside of Michigan, Kate spent years in Grand Rapids after graduating from Ferris State University. Fate brought her together with Matt at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, and the duo embarked on a 16-year journey, residing in some of the most remote and breathtaking locations across the United States.

In addition to her extensive hospitality background, Kate founded Goldman Guest Experience, a consulting company dedicated to empowering vacation rental owners with the principles of hospitality. In 2022, Kate and Matt returned to their hometown of Grand Rapids, presenting Kate with an opportunity to unite her diverse experiences to assist buyers and sellers navigating West Michigan's challenging real estate market.
